I have moved homes eight times and was apprehensive about moving again, however I started to look at agents on line and came across Springbok. I filled in the form went to bed and thought no more about it. I was absolutely amazed when the day after, they contacted me, they spent time explaining how they worked, reassured me about selling my home and buying the home I am now in. I felt totally laid back as the wheels where set in motion. Springbok were true to their word my move was stress free they sold my home and helped me buy this one. I wish I'd known about them when I'd moved home before. Thank you all, not only for helping me move, but for your patience and speed in resolving my worries. :-))

We bought our house via Springbok and found the whole process quick and simple. We were first time buyers who didn't know the whole process. From seeing the property online, to viewing it, putting an offer in and completing, everything was explained to us and made a lot easier by the professional and friendly staff at Springbok Properties. I was able to both phone and email the company which helped us a lot as we felt that we could always contact Springbok and nothing was too difficult for them.
If we ever chose to sell the house, after dealing with them before, we'd give Springbok a call.

Charlotte and James from Springbok were both a pleasure to deal with when buying our house, unfortunately things took a little longer than we expected as there were a few problems but Charlotte guided me through this and kept me updated with regular emails and phone calls. The only downside was they can be quite hard to catch on the phone and sometimes I had trouble getting through, but the good email correspondence made up for this and was in fact more convenient.

My name is Ian, I recently bought a property in Rugby in Warwickshire. I have been waiting a while to try to find something. I have been dealing with other estate agents and I found them hard to deal with sometimes. Sometimes you would be unable to book a viewing or it might take them ages to pass a message to the seller, and it could make the difference between buying a property or not being able to sell it.

With Spingbok Properties I phoned on the Friday night, quite late but they still took my call and arranged a viewing on the Saturday. I went to see it the next day and placed an offer immediately. I made an offer on the property and on Monday morning I got a response from the landlord. I dealt with James at Springbok who was really helpful. My offer was accepted on Monday. All the way through to completion one month later I was very impressed. They were ahead of the game and I would be really happy to recommend them.
